Our Mission: Leverage the power of web3 to Create and sustain a zero-barrier entry point for quality of mental healthcare.

Compass matches the product experiences closely with the tokenomics design. We begin our flywheel and create liquidity through our product game-mechanics and initial rewards - creating incentives for users to both spend (on rewards) and hold (for clinical services) tokens.

What makes Compass unique is that the challenge for therapists is the “work” that happens in between sessions. Compass provides value for both sides of the marketplace by rewarding users for continuous engagement between sessions - working to earn more tokens to exchange for their next therapy session.

We have continued to be thoughtful about when and how we introduce rewards - working closely with our clinical advisors to refine our user journey and game mechanics to match the latest academic research on Gamification as an approach to improve resilience and Gamification for mental health.

We envision a world where Compass can serve individuals throughout the lifecycle of their mental health journey and be the friendly nudge to engage in a daily mental health practice and lifestyle of holistic wellness.
